A Final Warning

As Paul's letter to the Corinthians draws to a close, he makes one final attempt to lead the Corinthians to repentance before he arrives. For when he arrives, he anticipates that God will use him to bring discipline and judgment to this presently deceptive and abusive band of false apostles. And he desires to spare them that. Instead, he desires to work for their good in Christ and be used to build them up in Christ.
